At Battery Tender, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate a Return

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off Shipment

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
